Cancellation and Refund Procedures & Policies/Payment Policy for Short-term Bookings (Less than 01 Week)

Payment Terms:

  • Advance Payment: 50% of the total tariff (Room, Apartment, Independent Floor, House, or Villa) must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the tariff is payable at the time of physical check-in at the property.
  • Additional Charges: Any extra billing (Food & Beverages, Transport, or miscellaneous services) must be settled at the time of final check-out.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • No-Show: If the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date, the full amount for the first night will be charged. All subsequent nights will be automatically canceled, and the property will not hold the room after a no-show.
  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made within the stipulated time frame mentioned during booking. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking. Processing time may vary based on the payment method.

 

Tariff & Payment Cycle

  • The tariff amount will be determined based on the payment cycle frequency selected during booking (online/offline) or modified at the time of physical check-in.

Payment Policy for Long-term Bookings (Greater than 01 Week)

  • Advance Payment: 50% of the total tariff (Room, Apartment, Independent Floor, House, or Villa) must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is payable at the time of physical check-in at the property.
  • Additional Charges: Any extra billing (Food & Beverages, Transport, or miscellaneous services) must be paid weekly (every weekend) or at the time of final check-out.

Payment Policy for Long-term Bookings (Greater than 01 Month)

  • Advance Payment: For stays exceeding one month (30/31 days), an amount equal to the monthly tariff must be paid as booking confirmation.
  • Subsequent Payments: For each following month, the monthly tariff must be paid on the 1st day of that calendar month.
  • Additional Charges: All extra billing (Food & Beverages, Transport, or miscellaneous services) must be settled at the end of each month or at final check-out.

Booking Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Zero Cancellation Charges: If cancellations are made within the stipulated time frame specified at the time of booking, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Show: Applicable charges will be levied as per the terms agreed during booking.
  • Modifications: Changes to booking dates or property type are subject to availability and may involve tariff adjustments.

Booking Modifications Policy

  • Modification requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
  • All modifications are subject to availability.

Price & Inclusions for Service Apartment / Guest House in Noida

Terms & Conditions will be as agreed at the time of booking (direct or via OTA) and confirmed by Tamarind Leaf Residency.

  • Accommodation with:
    • Suite bathroom
    • Color TV
    • Intercom
    • Refrigerator
    • Tea/coffee facility
    • Free Wi-Fi internet

 

  • Fully equipped kitchen (where applicable) with cutlery, crockery, and cooking aids.
  • Breakfast included (if part of the package).
  • Electricity and cooking gas expenses (unless specified for billing).
  • If a meal plan is selected:
  • One meal of guest’s choice (usually 2 dishes) served as per schedule.
  • Applicable state/central government taxes and statutory charges will be billed separately.
