Booking Terms & Conditions

• Check-in: 13:00 IST | Check-out: Before 11:00 IST (unless stated otherwise).
• Cancellation/modification without timely notice will incur charges as per the cancellation policy.
• Children 12 years and older are considered adults for billing purposes.
• Notify Tamarind Leaf Residency within 14 days of any incorrect or incomplete confirmation details.
• Tamarind Leaf Residency reserves the right to terminate a booking for:
  • Unethical business practices
  • Offensive comments
  • Refusal to clear dues

Safety and Security Policy

Tamarind Leaf Residency will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended by guests in rooms, apartments, independent floors, houses, or villas.

Electronic safe deposit boxes are available for safekeeping of valuables in all accommodation spaces and at the property reception. Guests are strongly advised not to leave valuables unattended in rooms. If valuables are left unattended, responsibility lies entirely with the guest.

Unregistered Persons or Guests

• Entertainment in mixed company by way of private visits from unregistered people, in any room or apartment, is not permitted.
• Only registered guests who provide valid identification, a passport, ID card, can enter the premises of any property.
• Only the number of people mentioned in the invoice or booking agreement can check in/enter the property. Tamarind leaf Residency reserves the right at its sole discretion to request guests and/or third parties to vacate the room or leave the property premises if not willing to abide by any article of internal rules, or general behavior in public places.

Limited Liability

Tamarind Leaf Residency will not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of third persons, staff, or representatives occurring on the premises of any of our properties, except when arising from the strict performance duty delivery of Tamarind Leaf Residency staff or representatives on duty.

 

Property House Rules

• Tamarind Leaf Residency offers its properties for lodging purposes only, for both long and short stays.
• Parties, get-togethers, loud music, or noise are strictly prohibited to maintain decorum with the

neighborhood and fellow residents.

• Guests must check in with:

• A valid Government of India ID card (with address proof) for all occupants.
• A business card for at least one occupant from the family or group.

Entry Permission to Lodger’s Guests and Visitors

• Visitors of any guest/lodger must provide:

• A valid ID card recognized by the Government of India (with address proof), or
• Passport in case the visitor is a foreign national.
  • The number of people mentioned in the invoice or booking agreement will be allowed to check in.
  • Any additional guests not listed in the invoice or booking agreement, but arriving as part of the family/group, may be accommodated subject to availability and completion of proper documentation, at the sole discretion of the Front Office Property Manager of Tamarind Leaf Residency.

Standard Operations of Business (SOP), Exceptions & Deviations to Rules

• Guests/Lodgers must have booked a service room/apartment/independent floor/house/villa prior to arrival at the Front Office.
  • In case of emergency, Tamarind Leaf Residency will try to accommodate guests subject to availability and completion of documentation (Guest Log Registration Agreement – GLRA).
• Tamarind Leaf Residency’s in-house maintenance team ensures tidy and hygienic cleanliness and expects cooperation from guests.
• Authorized representatives and maintenance staff have the right to enter the serviced property for inspection and cleaning.
• Guests have full rights to use the property and fixtures for a comfortable stay but do not have exclusive possession or ownership rights during or after their stay.
• Tamarind Leaf Residency reserves the right to move guests to another room for convenience, even at short notice.
• Smoking is prohibited in all serviced properties.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests must not keep inflammable items, move or damage furniture, pictures, or wall hangings.
• Guests must report any loss of keys immediately to Tamarind Leaf Residency representatives.
• Guests must take all personal belongings upon departure.
• Foreign nationals staying more than 180 days must have FRRO registration:
• Mandatory under Government of India rules.
• Registration within 14 days of arrival for long-term visa holders.
• Pakistani nationals must register within 24 hours of arrival, regardless of stay duration.
